Shipping & Returns
You may return your items within 10 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 25% applies to all items. No restocking fee will apply if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). No Exchanges are permitted.
The following applies to all returns:
No returns permitted if you ordered the wrong size. Items must be in resalable condition. All tags and labels must be attached. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Return packages must be marked "Return Item" on the package.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process and inspect your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We charge a Flat Rate of $10.00 for all Orders shipped within the Continental USA. International orders will require the buyer to pay full shipping costs. No returns or refunds will be accepted. All American Store reserves the right to refuse international orders. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain information about international shipping rates.
Most products will ship within 4 business days. However, depending on the manufacturer, shipping may take up to 5 weeks for delivery. If you are facing a tight delivery schedule please reach out to us before placing your Order.
